Jarosław Leśniczak

Medical Director, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Perinatology

Medical Director of the FEDERA Health Center. Specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, currently completing a specialization in perinatology. A graduate of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań. He gained his professional experience in leading medical centers in Poland. Currently, he works as a senior assistant at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Bielański Hospital in Warsaw, which specializes in high-risk cases in obstetrics, gynecology, and perinatology.

He manages both physiological and complicated pregnancies, performs prenatal examinations and advanced ultrasound diagnostics. He holds FMF and Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (PTGiP) Ultrasound Section certificates. His areas of expertise also include infertility treatment, cervical pathology, as well as performing hysteroscopies, laparoscopies, and gynecological surgeries, including cesarean sections. He regularly participates in national and international congresses.

Anna Orawiec

Gynecology and Obstetrics

Specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. She works at the Perinatology and Obstetrics Clinic of the MSWiA Hospital in Warsaw. She gained professional experience, among others, at the University Hospital in Kraków. Her main area of interest is ultrasound diagnostics; she holds FMF, PTU, and Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (PTGiP) Ultrasound Section certificates.

She performs a full range of ultrasound examinations during pregnancy and gynecological diagnostics. In her work, she follows an individualized approach to each patient, emphasizing holistic care. She is actively engaged in promoting women’s rights, collaborating with social organizations and conducting educational activities.

Maja Drożdżak

Gynecology and Obstetrics (in training)

A physician currently specializing in gynecology and obstetrics. She also practices aesthetic gynecology and is currently pursuing training in sexology.

In her work, she values direct contact with patients, emphasizing openness, empathy, and professionalism. She does not shy away from difficult topics and always strives to find the best solution. She regularly participates in trainings and courses, continuously developing her professional skills.

Eliza Supińska-Szewczyk

Gynecology and Obstetrics (in training)

Graduate of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice. She is currently completing a specialization in obstetrics and gynecology at the Perinatology and Obstetrics Clinic of the MSWiA Hospital in Warsaw.

She systematically develops her professional skills, gaining clinical experience in caring for pregnant patients and in gynecological diagnostics.

Karolina Lisek-Kubacka

Infectious Diseases (in training)

A physician currently specializing in infectious diseases. Graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. She is gaining experience at the Provincial Infectious Diseases Hospital in Warsaw, particularly in the treatment of sexually transmitted infections, liver diseases, and travel medicine.

Actively involved in educational activities at the Foundation for Social Education. Certified HIV/AIDS advisor, honored with the Red Ribbon for her commitment to prevention and support for people living with HIV.

Karolina Pietrzykowska

Psychiatry (in training)

A physician currently specializing in psychiatry. She graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw and completed her postgraduate internship at CSK MSWiA. She currently works in the Psychiatric Department of Nowowiejski Hospital in Warsaw.

She focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of mood, anxiety, psychotic, personality disorders, dementia, and addictions. In her practice, she emphasizes an individualized approach to each patient and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

Zuzanna Muczko

Psychology, Sexology

Psychologist, sexologist, and sexual educator. She graduated from the Academy of Special Education and completed postgraduate studies in practical sexology at SWPS University.

She supports individuals in emotional crises, relationship difficulties, and issues related to identity and sexuality. She works with a sex-positive approach, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and people in non-monogamous or non-normative relationships. She gained experience through workshops, psychiatric wards, and non-governmental organizations (including FEDERA, Grupa Ponton, and the “Różowa Skrzyneczka” Foundation).

She regularly engages in supervision of her work and continuously develops her skills through trainings and conferences.

Justyna Faszcza

Psychologist (with previous legal and sociological education)

She supports adults in better understanding themselves, improving self-esteem and self-worth, as well as in managing emotional difficulties, relationship problems, and crises. She accompanies individuals after perinatal loss, abortion, or miscarriage. She gained professional experience providing counseling, intervention, and psychological support at the Foundation for Women and Family Planning.

In her work, she is guided by empathy, respect, and building relationships based on authenticity. She accompanies clients mindfully, creating a safe space for conversation.

She completed her Master’s degree in Psychology (specialization: Clinical and Health Psychology) at SWPS University in Warsaw. In 2025, she will begin training in integrative psychotherapy. She regularly engages in supervision of her work.

Zuzanna Muczko

Psychology, Sexology

Psychologist, sexologist, and sexual educator. She graduated from the Academy of Special Education and completed postgraduate studies in practical sexology at SWPS University.

Sofia Wasilenko

Sexual Educator for Children, Adolescents, and Adults; Psychologist

She completed a five-year integrated Master’s degree in Psychology at Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies in Practical Sexology at SWPS University in Poznań, and a professional internship at the Institute of Positive Sexuality in Warsaw. Since 2020, she has been a member of the PONTON Sexual Educators Group, where she conducts sexual education workshops, provides counseling, and creates educational content. She has experience working in both public educational institutions and alternative settings. She continuously expands her knowledge and skills by participating in trainings for professionals working with sexuality. She regularly engages in supervision of her work.

Marcelina Kurzyk

Sexual and Health Educator, Coordinator of Educational Programs and Counseling at FEDERA Foundation, Criminologist

Author and co-author of numerous articles and educational brochures for the FEDERA Foundation, as well as a subject matter expert in sexual education and reproductive health. As part of her work, she provides consultations via email and telephone through the Helpline and conducts educational sessions for children, adolescents, and adults within the PONTON Group. She completed a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Prevention and Resocialization at the University of Warsaw. She gained professional experience as a juvenile court supervisor, which further enriched her knowledge and skills in working with youth.
